These bite size stuffed peppers are filled with cheese and pepperoni, making them a great snack for watching the big game or just snacking around the house in between homework assignments.

What’s in Pizza Pepper Snack Bites?

If you love pizza, and you also love homemade snack bites – this is for you! With only a few ingredients, and in under 30 minutes, you’ll have a party of your own to enjoy. There are all kinds of fun ways to use these pepper snacks. They would be great for adults as a party treat or game night, but even better for kids! They’re so easy to make, anyone can do it!

Cheese: For this recipe you’ll need 8oz of Cream Cheese, softened and 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese, shredded.

Pepperoni: 3oz, 2/3 cup, of pepperoni’s finely chopped.

Basil: 2 tbsp, I prefer fresh and chopped. Dried is a good substitute.

Seasonings: Kosher salt (3/4 tsp), Italian seasoning (2 tsp) and Black Pepper (1/2 tsp).

Peppers: Multicolored baby bell peppers, halved lengthwise, seeds removed. PSA Target produce has a good deal on these!

How to Cook Pizza Pepper Snack Bites?

Prep the ingredients: Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, pepperoni, mozzarella, 1 tablespoon basil and seasonings.

Assemble Pepper Bites: Fill each of the bell pepper halves with about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture. Arrange peppers on prepared baking sheet.

Cook Pepper Bites: Bake until cheese is beginning to bubble and brown, 18-20 minutes. Garnish with remaining basil. Let cool slightly before serving.

How to store Leftover Pizza Pepper Snack Bites?

These delicious snack bites will stay kept in the fridge, tightly sealed, for up to 3 days. Pop in the microwave for 60-90 seconds, in the air fryer on 380 F for 3 minutes or in the oven on 350 F for 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
